Email admin@appraise-assist.com. A person reads every message and replies by email. Include the email address you sign in with and, if it is about a specific step, the step name the board showed. Please don't send borrower names, loan numbers or other personal information unless we ask for something specific.
1. Connecting
appraise-assist is a plugin for Claude, with ChatGPT support on the way. In Claude Code, add the appraise-assist marketplace and install the plugin; in the Claude app, add appraise-assist as a connector. The first time a tool runs, a browser window opens so you can sign in.
appraise-assist is in a private beta. If you are not on the beta list yet, signing in adds you to the waitlist and nothing else happens until we approve your account. You can also ask to join from the home page.
2. Signing in
You sign in with your Google account. We receive your verified email address and nothing else from Google at sign-in. Before you continue, the sign-in page names the app that asked to connect; if you did not start the connection yourself, press Cancel.
To disconnect an app, remove appraise-assist from that app's connectors or plugins. To have your sign-in record deleted, email us (see the Privacy Policy).
3. Your files
We never store your files. Our tools process what you send with each call, return the results, and keep nothing. Your workfile stays in the folder you choose. The Data & Personal Information Handling page explains exactly what passes through and what our servers do keep (your sign-in, security logs and billing status).
4. Billing and cancelling
Early access will be $20 per month per appraiser. Billing is not open yet; when it is, you will be able to cancel yourself at any time, keep access through the end of the month you paid for, and get a full refund on request before you are onboarded. See the Cancellation & Refund Policy.
5. If a step goes wrong
- Ask your assistant to show the board. It lists every step, whether each one's check passes, and the one step that comes next.
- If the board says a tool is missing, the step can't be done by appraise-assist yet. Do that part yourself, and tell us what you needed.
- Every figure appraise-assist prepares is a draft for you to review. You decide what goes in your report and you sign it; see Professional Responsibility.
6. Reporting a security or privacy problem
Email admin@appraise-assist.com with "Security report" in the subject. Tell us what you found and how to reproduce it; please don't access other people's data or disrupt the service while testing. We will confirm receipt and keep you updated.
